In Technical Assistance are included the following tasks:
- Implementation of hardware and software for institutional management;
- One-off technical assistance or by contract;
- Parameterization and development of features;
- Installation and quality control;
- Technical advice on the implementation and operation;
- Adaptation and flexibility of the tool to the business;
- Integration of hardware and software requirements;
- Training in hardware and software for users of front office and back office.
