In Web Engineering are included the following tasks:

• Studies elaboration;
• Projection and implementation of website or portal of the Institution on the Internet;
• Portals' maintenance;
• Guarantee of reception and treatment of all suggestions, complaints and communications from the users of the portals and their applications;
• Standardization of all portals;
• Permanent update of portals.
